I don't know the male day leader his name, but he gets 5 stars, deb 5 stars, who takes up every moment. fries were cold not so tasteful, they have my order online wrong twice. online with the app wished there was a range to ask certain questions. before they take 5 stars after the covid with new workers who accept 4, double check their order, not with certain drinks, make sure that they only stumble with the new employees. for the employees, please make sure that their online orders are correct and read all the notes.
I understand. they are busy. they need 2 shifts. but that means that because I just spent $47, that I have to wait 10 minutes until a frosty that was not added to my order from the cash. the manager was there and only concerned about the change of the layer while the customers wait unattended. not just me. the couple behind me had to go back because they were 4got 1 of their burgers. no good experience.
I mean it's Wendy's what more do I say, most of the employees are friendly. Gonna say most of the time my order is correct and fast service.
Strawberry frosty is the best. Service needs improvement as this location is not the friendliest. They have an older lady that is very unpleasant everytime I go. Luckily the strawberry frosty keeps me going there.
I have one question who runs this place and why are you not paying attention to your reviews?I mean any person in business should want to make money and clearly this is a failed location.The staff is rude !!The lobby is trashed!!I stood in line for 15 mins watching staff climb back and fourth over the counter giving there friends Free food .No one ever took my oder !More importantly it's a shame that this location can have the Wendy's name because all there doing is dragging it in the mud !!Trust me drive to the next location because this site is horrible ?.
