Steak 'n Shake - Wyoming

Eating was not good. no good impression of hamburger and pommes. the toilet was dirty, the high chair was greasy and the clean serviettes were dirty. if you like that, then do it. I won't go back. food: 1/5

Sat in the drive threw for over 10 minutes Sunday night waiting on 3 shakes. One car at the window and a truck between us. The shakes are not nearly like they used to be either. Hopefully their food is still good.

Ordered off the app on Thursday at 9pm but after arriving they were already closed. Went Friday to get the meal I had paid for the day before, one of the managers said it would take up to 2 weeks for a refund but I explained I only wanted the food. Burgers were ok, shake was fine, fries were cold and onion rings were soggy like they were microwaved. Food was subpar and the experience was disappointing.

The Steak n Shake in Wyoming, MI was less than exciting. The fries tasted a day or 2 old and not hot. We never received silverware. It's not like they were busy. There were 2 other tables. After the food was cooked, it seemed like all the staff vanished. We will not be returning to this location. I'm surprised this location is still in business.

It was an inconvenience for the employees to serve us. 1. Tables were ALL dirty, and our family of 7 found the cleanest tables, yet they were extremely sticky. I asked for someone to come clean them (which it was hard to get anyone 's attention . A gal came out, and started cleaning other tables. So I asked if she could please do our tables. She did. We told her thank you, and she mumbled something, rolled her eyes and walked away. 2.A sandwich came without mayo, that was supposed to have it(ordered 1 and only one came with it , so went up, waited for help, so spoke up and just asked for some. I was then told it would be .60, for their mistake! 3. Had an order of the spaghetti . It was cold and just awful! Had an order of cheesy fries, cold and soggy. Had to go ask for forks (how did they expect me to eat the spaghetti?! Again had to speak up to get someone 's attention. They came to the counter, and sighed and said Yeah? I asked for a couple forks, and was told I 'm not sure if we have any . Came back with a couple after hearing yell in the back do we even have forks? Horrible, horrible service. I 've worked fast food for 16 years, and this is unacceptable! Do better or close your doors.
