Mcdonald's - Wyoming

That is not inspired by a true story. that is a true story. it is worth reading! 9/9/22 at 9 o'clock there were apparently 3 workers in this mcdonald 's. two of them were in order, but there was a young woman who looks like a 16s who spoke with a group of young two cars in front of us. After about fifteen minutes one of the young people hopped out of the passenger seat, ran around the car and made passionate with the girl. he began to go back to his side of the car and then came back for a second round. I don't think they knew each other because they looked like they exchanged numbers and talked about getting to know each other. then the car went away and I thought they were waiting for her to eat. they missed it in the first minute. the manager who just seemed to come from the help in the kitchen (I bet the car would have stayed longer if it was for the manager to come by) was too politely chasing them. she had a LONG line of vehicles that made her wait for almost 20 minutes while she did not make in his car with a type, which I am pretty sure mcdonalds has a policy about not to use customers to foot from this window (not forget to see a make-out session on the menu). when we got our food, it was cold. respect for the manager who didn't let it go with this unprofessional bh.

Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes without being greeted, pulled up to the window and was told to pull up to the next window. Then get home to realize sandwich was made wrong ?

This is the Grandville McDonald’s on Byron Center, Road just north of the M6 highway. Well-maintained restaurant with friendly staff and your normal McDonald’s quality food.

My husband and son stopped there yesterday, my husband ordered the 2 cheese burger combo without cheese. They get their food and was driving home, husband took out his burger, opens it up there is no meat on it but there is cheese. Backwards... The other burger was fine

Out of coffee they told me I could substitute a latte, no extra charge.Then they charged me $2.70… asked manager and she raised her voice” what ya want me to do about it”! I asked for no change for the drink since my#3 came with coffee but they were out of coffee…but got the same response, very rude not accommodating. If your out of coffee make a substitute or let customers know they will get charged!!!
