Hong Kong - Wyoming

I ordered sesame chicken with egg fried rice and an egg roll combo meal at 6pm. I had put my order in the fridge for later. When I took my food out of the fridge at around 9:15pm, the rice was hard and not egg fried rice. I hurt my tooth when I tried eating it. There was no chicken, it was basically the sauce and crunch. Disgusting!! I called Hong Kong and asked for a refund and the lady asked when I ordered my food. I ordered around 5 and she said that I waited too long to eat my food and that was the reason for the food being hard. It was 9:23 and she had asked that I come back before 9:30. I made it to the restaurant at 9:30 and she asked me if I would like another order made. I said no and I just want a refund. She gave me a refund with no apology. I will never eat there again and I used to buy food from there all the time. Very disappointing…. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The food was inedible and the customer service was horrible.

Restaurant was absolutely filthy,food dry and old tasting...despite our hunger had to discard for fear of food poisoning. ALSOWe ordered three different meals and they all tasted identical..garbage

Pretty good Chinese take out restaurant, all the food was made hot, tasty, and fast. The price was decent, and the service fast. Overall recondmend.

First and last time egg rolls burnt no sauces dumplings ice cold garlic chicken was pink and no favor my husband had general tsos tiny balls of breading. Both were cold. Our regular place is closed on Tuesdays. So we wanted to try. 32$ right in the garbage.

Amazing food. Everytime I get Chinese I think of this place first.
