Chili's Grill & Bar - Wyoming

Ungenauer service. the waitress took our water application and disappeared approx. 15 minutes. there are 5 tabs and 5 servers....do the mathematic. they couldn't get the order directly from the jump. I asked for two water no lemon. I have one of them. is that the same? I asked for 1 tee and got two. said, we want 1 and only for one and the “food drinker” said: “I will see.” we wanted to go and ask the waitress who finally came back from the hole in which she fell into, go the dings faster? will we get our food fast or will it all last? their answer was that they eat runners and she won't bring out the food. so clear they have a job. you're the author and you can't do that well. one of the tables next to us at the end of their meal, said they never get their fries, but they are ready to eat. absolutely ridiculous. underinfluenced and incompetent. asked about chili on the side, not getting. When I mentioned it, the runner asked if I wanted to be. I said not thank you. what did I get? you guessed. I said that I didn't want to be, she turned half and said good, I thought you said on the side. we looked at each other for a minute. obviously she didn't care, so I took it, and we don't forget that the server and runners scream over the restaurant as if we weren't here to run a conversation. to eat? the first and last time here. never again. have they been eating and waiting for our bill?

Great service hot tasty eating cheap total excellent experience

Great server, total bad food. Couldn 't take the ribs home to my dog, he couldn 't chew them. Wait time for food, coffee cold, vegs on salad was old. Floor in men 's room was slippery as ice, like grease The server was great and did the best possible with the quality of the food itself. I came in to give you another chance, you just don 't do it right.

Host and staff were not welcoming. Nobody was attending to-go orders. Additionally, my food was cold and a mess.

The Chili's by us closed a couple years ago. Decided to drive a bit to go to this one. Was seated right away. Waitress was pretty new, but did very good. My wife ordered a soup and salad. Croutons were very hard, she couldn't eat them. But the salad was good and fresh. I think it was a potato soup that she ordered, and it was good. I ordered a burger and fries. Done very well. Ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer. Just as good as I remember. Probably won't go back again, only because of how far it is from me. If I lived closer, I would go back.
