Fish Depot - Wynnum West

I enjoyed the best fish and chips for lunch at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves fish and chips. It was definitely worth it!

It was bustling on Friday evening, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The cooking oil was clean, and the fish was quite good; I had barramundi.

I always enjoy my fish and chips at this place. What stands out to me is that they don't overcook anything. The chips are golden, fresh, and thick—just perfect! The fish is cooked just right, with a light texture inside. The seafood sticks are also fresh and lightly cooked, not overdone at all. Many fish and chips shops tend to overcook their meals, but not here. Keep up the great work, Fish Depot Tingalpa! The staff are always friendly, too.

I ordered a battered fish burger, but instead received a grilled fish burger. When I tried to return it, the Asian lady told me I couldn’t do that. I found her to be rude, and I believe the management is lacking.

They were fantastic! The service was incredibly fast, and the portion sizes were excellent! Definitely a 10/10.
