First off let me say one thing about this place they currently only have 3 employees as I write this review. They are currently looking for help. So any bad reviews about being on hold for a long time or not being able to get an order same day ornext day that is why. They also have a heavy walk in business for cookies and other items they sell so going into the shop toorder a cake or cupcakes may be a better option than a phone call. So, I had a very special celebration and wanted a ?special?cake made and decided to check out this cake shop. First off I was amazed when I walked into the shop at their display of thedifferent type of designs they have. Not including the 4 albums they have of cakes they have done previously. I already had thecolor scheme idea I wanted and the young man who helped me with my order guided me through specific colors, there are A LOT ofpinks, and also with the flavor of the cake and filling. I ordered it more than a week before my event and when I picked it upwas amazed with the work and detail of the decorations. The cake was so delicious and moist I don?t think I?ve ever had cakethis good. So if you want an awesome cake then this is where you should go.

I was in a bind finding a cake to celebrate my bosses birthday, and decided to call Say It With Sugar to see if they had any cakes readily available. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! I ended up purchasing two, two tiered cakes one red velvet and one Carmelfrappuccino.... And OMGGGG they were both absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Thank you forsaving my day, say it with sugar!!

They are the best when it comes to recreation. I?ve trusted them with my daughter?s first and second birthday cake and they always amaze me with how great they are with detail. The cake is also really good and they offer a variety of selections. I lovethem.

We recently had 2 custom cakes made for my daughter's birthday that no one else would even consider doing for us. Not only did they make us EXACTLY what we wanted, but it was FREAKING DELICIOUS TOO!!!!! 110% recommended. Definitely the only place we willbe using from now on.

My first time ordering a cake from this place and surely not my last., not only was the cake delicious they conquered my theme. the staff was very helpful.
