Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I visited Freddy's for the first time and had a pleasant experience. However, I rated it three stars primarily due to the price-to-quality ratio. I felt that the quality of the ice cream didn’t quite match the price. While it wasn’t bad, it just didn’t compare to places like Andy's or other custard spots, where I think the quality is better. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and patient, and I appreciated the nice lighting, ample parking, and outdoor seating.

This was our first time here. We were immediately welcomed and immediately helped by a friendly employee. The food came out in a short time. Burgers were pretty delicious! Fries were also good, although they were quite salty... much less salt would be my suggestion. I didn't care if there were any condiments in packages. There were no ketchup packages available, but I could get some when I went to the counter and asked for them. There was only one Mayo package. I didn't want to go back to the counter for the second time. The place was clean. Overall we enjoyed our experience and go back!

First visit a week ago, although I live pretty close. Have tried the Chili-Käsehund (Beats Sonic) and the Doppelburger. Both excellent! I'm not a fan of shoes, but they were really good. The onion rings are great. Fry sauce on point. I don't know why I wasn't here before!

I love this place!! Great food! Great service for the most part! The evenings always seem to be the best! I noticed in the nights that the manager Shelby works the red ladder, things are always the best. You never forget anything or mess everything. Fries are fresh and hot!! If they screw it up, they do it right. But I never messed up food in the evening shift. 10/10 stars

I give this restaurant 4 stars overall because they don’t accept mobile payments. The shoe string fries are heavily seasoned and delicious. The burgers are excellent as well. The custards are fantastic, too. The kids always ask for the gummy worm ice creams! Food: 5/5.
