Moonlit walk of hughenden with dog, with pub at half point. infall? or a good planning? we will never know, but the reception was warm and the beer refreshing.

A wonderful pub. good beer. large beer garden. family friendly as well as areas for those who want a quiet couple of pints. beautiful surrounding walks and/or bike tours. perfect.

This is one of the best pubs in the area. They serve fresh food which is always delicious. The bar is well stocked with a great range of real ale always available, hand pumped in the traditional way. This pub is a real English pub. It doesn't really get any better than this!

Lovely pub to stop during a walk with the dogs who are very welcome alongside the humans. I had a jacket potato with chilli for a late lunch. The chilli was perfect. Oh and the wine was very good too!

Great pub. We had a very nice meal with our daughter and grandson. My daughters local so would definitely go again.
