Domino's Pizza - Wycombe

I have never had a bad experience at Domino's until today in Marlow. Despite the store not being busy, we waited 35 minutes for our food. One pizza had excessive sauce, no cheese, and an overwhelming amount of toppings. The other pizza was burnt, and the cookies were so unappetizing that I considered using them as firewood to heat my house. The chicken strips were also cold, as if they hadn't been cooked at all. I was truly surprised by how awful the food was. I would never go back there, even if you paid me. We ended up going to McDonald's instead.

My order took 90 minutes to arrive and was out for delivery for 40 minutes. The food was cold and dry, which was very disappointing. I ordered at 11:30am during what should have been a quiet time, so there is no excuse for such a long wait.

This chain of restaurants is consistently awful. They are always late, the food arrives lukewarm, and the quality is disappointing. The pizzas either lack toppings or are poorly made with big gaps that have no flavor. The staff is rude on the phone and during delivery, if you manage to get through at all.

Extremely ungenerous amount of toppings considering the high prices they charge. Very poorly cooked pizza, the cheese is hardly melted. Cold/Luke warm food upon receiving delivery. Delivery drivers are extremely ignorant to any kind of 'social distancing ' practices. According to the FSA, the last hygiene inspection was over 2 years ago... need i say anymore?

This filth gave me gut rot the night I ate it, and then 3:30 pm the next day after having the residual for lunch so I know it was.... It is well known they use out of date produce and e.g. they use battery chicken. Haven’t used dominoes for a year and a 3/4 but this time I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt: Filth never again.
