After a photo of a Sunday meal on facebook we decided to go. the meal was absolutely beautiful, well presented -tasty and add an additional gravy boot for everyone at the meal. great pudding choice. personal was very attentive

They met with a friend for a meal. it was far exceeded what I expected. eating is exceptional and presentation is excellent. the staff is very friendly and helpful. so pleased that this is near where I live. only down, it has no disabled.

The personal was great! so attentive and beautiful. eating and drinking is the best value for money they get for brunch everywhere. wonderful location and the best atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful place and sympathetic furnishings. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Sunday dinner. I have specifically asked for certain sweets to which I have a disgust, not to be served. but they were still on my teller. they were removed on request. the cauliflower cheese was poor and I was served only 3 pretty hard brat potatoes. if I had not been saved by my wife's Yorkshire doll, I would have had hunger. Finally, servier staff needed a reminder of the Dessert menu, as they seemed to forget us. if I had asked if I had enjoyed my lunch, I would have been honest and said no. but we weren't asked, so I'm here. that said the outside looks beautiful and looks like a nice place to drink on a warm sunny day.

Decided in the last minute to go for Sunday lunch and had a choice of 12 or 1.30 we decided for the 1.30 and arrived as another great party waiting for their main course. fortunately our order was taken, drinks arrived and then. after a fair waiting our lunch arrived. I guess the timing was regrettable, but the meal was excellent. I marked a star as the tellers and eating could have been warmer, but the quality was very good. a great little pub and they can see that the staff really make a good job and have happy customers. thank you andy and team. we will be back.
