The Swan Inn - Wychavon

While staying nearby for a few days, we received a recommendation to dine at The Swan. Despite the rainy weather, we booked a table for lunch on Sunday and went for a scenic walk from Pershore to work up an appetite. The pub was cozy and inviting, as were the staff. Even though we were in wellies and a bit damp, we were welcomed into the restaurant where we dried off and enjoyed a fantastic lunch. The place was packed, which is no surprise given the delicious food and excellent service. The outdoor garden booths looked charming, even though they were empty that day. I ordered the large fish and chips, which was perfectly cooked and not greasy, while my companion enjoyed the tasty mixed grill. The chocolate mousse dessert was rich and satisfying, especially the accompanying shortbread biscuit. We had a great meal and will definitely return if we are in the area again. I couldn't find any faults with anything at this restaurant. The food, service, and drinks were all excellent. I will definitely recommend and return. The price per person is between £20-30. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Fish, Steak and Ale Pie, and Fish and Chips.

The food at this restaurant is consistently great! The staff is cheerful and very friendly, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the fish dishes. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 5 each.

Nice little pub, tucked away off the beaten track but worth seeking out.
