Checkers - Wyandotte

Burgers have no flavor and the last 4 times I came to Checkers our fries were limp and soggy. They are NEVER crispy anymore. Still hold the great flavor but that doesn't make up for the sogginess of the fries.

Workers are always polite, professional and do their best to get through the long line as quickly as possible.

The workers are super nice, but the food is always just mid. I always feel like it's missing flavor. I keep going back though because it's a convenient stop on my lunch.

Warning:I placed an order on December 2.I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a Big Buford. I ate a few bites of my chicken sandwich before I realized it was uncooked. I called the restaurant and was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to call the 800 number, so I called the 800 number and was told that corporate would call me because they had to issue the refund. It is now December 18 and I have called a few times, and I keep getting the runaround. I’m told that corporate will call me, and I have not heard from them. My husband also did not eat his burger that day because he was grossed out over my chicken. IF you have a problem at this restaurant, the restaurant itself cannot issue a refund, and I’m debating if corporate even exists at this point. Luckily, I did not get sick because if I would have I filed a lawsuit.INTERNAL FOOD GAGES exist for a reason.SEE PHOTOS

Decent Burger, great seasoned fries, and they have Coke products!
