We had not been here for quite a number of years. What a nice surprise. Friendly prompt service, although the outside area was packed. The food was very good, and the prices very reasonable. Good wine list, wine by the glass also available.I had a look around inside and found it to be cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Suitable for private parties ( separate rooms available)We wii definitely be back

Lovely atmosphere in this somewhat difficult to find restaurant. We were taken there by two business colleagues and they eat there all the time. The set lunch for about €10 is very good value because this is a beautifully decorated and has a pleasant ambience.Quite clearly when you walk in almost everybody knows everybody and out of a dozen occupied tables it could've almost been one large family gathering!The service was very good and the only thing of notewas that the portions weren't very large and to make a meal of it I would really Needed 2 courses. Having said all that would I go again? Definitely yes! I am sure that there à la cart menu has some hidden treasures.

We visited this restaurant on a lovely Sunday evening: it had been sunny all day, and obviously many people had had the same idea: sitting in a beer garden with a fresh drink and some nice food. We noticed immediately that the outside area was very busy, however the inside (very nicely decorated by the way) was completely empty. We were 'welcomed' by a snappy bar tender, who immediately warned us that the kitchen was overwhelmed and that the wait might be long. Thanks, we said, we had time. We sat outside. The menu was enticing. We picked 2 salads as starters, a lamb main course and a pasta main course. The salads (one with goat cheese, one with pine nuts) were both lovely. The lamb was excellent, but the pasta was overcooked, only nice enough beacause of the presence of ingredients such as olives, chorizo and cheese: the whole thing was not particularly well-bound together... My recommendation here would be to stick to the meat. Service was slow and confused throughout. We might give it another chance on a rainy day.

I went here to meet some colleagues that live in Germany. The restaurant is cozy with a old Germany feel. The food and service are very good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Eating is good in the round, we have already celebrated our silver wedding here. which is very bad, the service is not sufficient for a restaurant of slightly elevated middle class. neither are the young service personnel in the template of cutlery nor do they know from which far you serve. They forget to eat completely at five guests and a drink needs 22 minutes. unfortunately we had to observe this in time before corona. this is not acceptable in the affirmation. if this is not taken out, then it is necessary to impede this. there should be everyone know there is in the ground really good eating with ideas, the service is inadequate. without wanting to be decadent, the overall package must be improved here.
