Burgerheart - Würzburg

We made a reservation for 7:30pm and was told on the phone that we had the table till 9:15. When we arrived, we were ignored for a long time at the front desk. When we finally got our table and did order, I specifically asked for the sauce on the side. When I got my burger, it was covered in it. The waitress apologized with "we're sorry, you could get you another one, but we'll have to throw this one away", which, of course, put me in the moral dilemma of being responsible for throwing food away, so I took it as is. At 8:50, we were told we had to leave since our table was reserved for 9:00. I argued that we had been told that we have the table till 9:15, but to no avail. Our waitress was nice, but the management not. Very disappointed in this place. Who treats their customers like that??? Not much HEART in Burgerheart at all!!!! It is mean and greedy to kick people out!! And to make the poor waitress do it. Shame on you!! Shame on you!! Shame on you!!

Really good burgers, unfortunately a bit expensive but all in all very nice restaurant. Since a little while they do reservations only for 2 hours, thats a little strange.

Burgers are small, quality of the meat is mediocre at best, staff is not very competent. All of this would not be such a problem, if prices weren't on the high end of things for wuerzburg. There are better deals out there. Won't come here again.

After waiting for 15 min for a table, some other people just came and took the one that had been just left free. We complaint with the waitress who made nothing and just went to them to give them the Menu. NO RESPECT FOR THE CLIENT! If you want to be treated like.... go to that place.

This is our go to place for dinner when I am in Wurzburg. The burgers are big, they have heaps of options and it comes with a big serve of hot chips. They have a California salad that is absolutely delicious and the serve is huge. Their drinks are also very nice and I suggest their mojito, it is very tasty. They also do a really nice creme brûlée but if you want a coffee with your dessert they only do espresso which is a bit annoying.
