This location at the edge of the forest above the Käppele is stunning. It's a strenuous walk up from the city centre. The service, food and wine were excellent....

Food was good. Tafelspitz maybe a little to dry. Service was good. Silvaner soup was good. Espresso was poor.

Perhaps a bit difficult to find, but the effort is well worth it. I'd suggest reservations if you want a table with the better views. We dropped in and we misse...
