Biscuitville - Ws

Immediately told they’re out of a lot of things at drive-thru window. Asked for chicken biscuit, told they have spicy. Asked no normal chicken biscuits, was told that’d take 7 minutes she’d have to re-start the fryer. Just left. 20 minutes driving wasted it was too late to drive to another location since they all close at 2pm.

Went through drive thru, ordered a ham and egg. The lady the window was the absolute best fast food employee I have ever encountered. I didn't get her name because to be transparent, I was positively gobsmacked with this ray of happiness at a Biscuitville on a busy Tuesday early morning. Biscuitville should give her a huge promotion to marketing-doing workshops on customer relations, etc. I don't allow myself to have a biscuit often but...I am sure I will need a coffee, soon

Kiala should not be up front she is running away coustmers with a bad attitude. Horrible service glad chick fil a is back up and running for breakfast

Rung up wrong drink. Hashbrown was COLD, biscuit was hard and the egg was COLD Worst meal I have ever had at a Biscuitville.

Mia took my order. She is a very positive lady. The young lady at the window was the same.
