Manufaktura Bezglutenowa - Wroclaw

Manufaktura Bezglutenowa is incredible for 100% gluten-free cuisine! I have to admit, I was feeling a bit down that I might not get to have any pierogi in Wrocław, but I was thrilled to find this cute cafe located a short walk from the city centre. The menu includes salads, soups, chicken with potatoes and more, but I was here for the pierogi, and they did not disappoint! We overordered but managed to eat every last one. The staff were lovely, and they seemed to be doing a brisk takeout business, too. We were so full that we didn't have the chance to have any desserts. Absolutely recommend it!

Within walking distance from old town, definitely recommend to check it out. Affordable prices (especially if it comes to GF food which is usually more expensive , this is rather a kind of cafeteria than a restaurant. Still, the service is really friendly, the food is served quickly and it tastes really good. I’d maybe add a bit less oil on the dumplings, but other than that, very tasty. As a symptomatic celiac, I felt great. There was a mix up with our order and it was handled with great customer care; we received a compensation in form of free dumplings and awesome pie. You can feel that the staff puts all their hearts into the food and service. Keep in mind that not all flavors are always available, but I enthusiastically recommend. Gluten free dumplings are a pain to make at home and it makes me happy it’s possible to order them. Ogromnie polecam, bardziej bar mleczny niż restauracja, położona spacerkiem od Starówki. Niskie ceny jak na bezglutenowe potrawy, bardzo sympatyczna i szybka obsługa, smaczne pierogi. Osobiście dodałabym trochę mniej okrasy i tłuszczu, ale to kwestia preferencji. Mam celiakię z objawami i po posiłku czułam się w 100% dobrze. Z naszym zamówieniem było trochę problemów, ale zostało nam to wynagrodzone w przesympatyczny sposób, ostatecznie zjedliśmy więcej niż zamówiliśmy, w tym pyszne owocowe ciasto. Widać, że obsługa wkłada w lokal i potrawy dużo serca. Dostępność pierogów zależy od pory dnia, ale ja ogromnie polecam to miejsce. Pierogi bezglutenowe są niewdzięczną potrawą i bardzo cieszę się, że można je gdzie zjeść bez męczenia się z nimi samemu w kuchni;

Couldn’t come to Poland without being able to try pierogi so very happy to find this place! Only downside was only two flavours available (believe they only do a few a day) and would have liked to try the meat. Gluten eating boyfriend had a pizza which I tried also very tasty!
