My husband was extremely upset, and I was worried about him too. I could have made a scene, but I didn't want to create a fuss and risk the quality of our meal. The staff member was incredibly rude, and I have never experienced anything like this before. We just wanted to sit quietly at a table, and my dog is trained to remain calm and sit quietly. It was difficult for me to navigate the stairs, and the staff member followed us down, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Ultimately, we chose to leave, even though I typically would have fought this situation because it was clearly unjust. Service rating: 1.
