The food was delicious, and the customer service was great. Initially, my order was missing a piece of chicken and the drink from the meal deal. However, after I made a call, they promptly sent the missing items right away.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery, which took only 25 minutes, and the food was delicious and fresh. This is the best takeaway in the city at a fantastic price.

The food was hot and delicious. I really appreciate that they sent the driver back after I called to inform them about a missing item. Thank you, I'll definitely order again!

Louise (the lady that answers the phone) is such a lovely happy person! Every time I ring she is absolutely brilliant and so accommodating! Nothing is too much trouble! I have been ordering from charcoal grill for a while and the food is always spot on, one time there was a mix up with my order and it arrived much later than expected. When I phoned back to tell them Louise sorted it out no problem and went out of her way to put it right for me. She has a brilliant telephone manner and the patience of a saint when taking my complicated orders every single time she definitely deserves some praise!!
