What more could you want? The atmosphere and staff were amazing, always made to feel welcome. Everyone was chatty, including the locals, very homely establishment with very very reasonably priced drinks. The food was to die for, so much food and again very reasonably priced. I honestly can't fault the team at The Hand and I'll definitely visit again in the future. Service: 5 Location: 5

Lovely country pub in an idyllic village, woefully let down by the owner/manager, a blonde lady who 's had a charisma bypass. She made us feel as about as welcome as a pork pie at a bar mitzvah. When you 're in the hospitality trade, it 's important to be hospitable. If you can 't at least greet your clientele with a welcome smile and a cheery, 'what can I get you? ', then you are quite simply in the wrong game. Service: 1 Location: 5

Such a lovely place in beautiful surroundings. Great relaxed atmosphere and the food is delicious. After exploring wales on my motorbike I rode here and finished the day off with a lovely meal which warmed me up ready for the journey home. Never disappointed when I visit. Definitely book though they get busy! Plenty of space outside as well as cosy interior. The staff are very helpful and pleasant Service: 5 Location: 5
