After a fantastic long day of shopping at the mall, we decided to try Cracker Barrel. The restaurant was 80% empty and we were seated within 10 minutes. The server (forgot her name) did not greet us and got our waters. After asking 4 times with 10 minutes of intermission in between, she finally got our straws and our orders, complaining about how thirsty she had been. Another 10 minutes later she comes to tell us that she will put in our order 'soon '. When the food finally arrived with our appetizer, she began to move all of our plates around like puzzle pieces and wiped her nostrils with her hands before giving us our plate, saying 'this allergy is terrible! my nose is SO ITCHY!! '. She brings out a broom and dustpan to start sweeping next to us for 15 minutes. Overall, food was decent and the service was the worst I have ever seen, as somebody who had been in the food industry for over 3 years.

Cracker Barrel is always a good place to eat...food was good and the service was good as well...love the pancakes with the warm maple syrup!
