A fresh and beautiful restaurant, delicious, refined appetizers and tasteful dishes. They only serve a multi-course surprise menu and it is fair to say that we were not really surprised because there was little variety in the first 3 courses. We were served asparagus or a decoction thereof in the amuse-bouche and the first 2 courses, the first 2 courses both consisted of baked white fish with a grain pasta underneath and something else. If there is no choice and a fixed menu is served that bears the name surprise, we think it could use a little more creativity. Again the flavors were certainly refined.

Most of the dishes we tried were quite a success. Steak and dessert really stood out for me. The village really worth a visit especially on a good weather.
