I read the reviews before deciding to bring my son’s bike here, and they were spot on! The brake lines were fixed in just 10 minutes, and to our surprise, they didn’t charge us due to a technical issue on their part. What amazing customer service! Even without the discount, the bill would have been much lower than we expected. Excellent service, high-quality work, and a pleasure to do business with. We’ll definitely be returning!

I took my e-bikes in for a quick check-up and tune-up, and the mechanic was very welcoming and friendly. He fixed the slipping chain and made some adjustments for me. I enjoyed a great cup of coffee while I waited, and the prices were very reasonable. I was nervous about using e-bikes that I bought online from Rad, but there was no judgment at all—everyone was friendly and encouraging. Two other stores wouldn't service our e-bikes, and I had no idea that buying e-bikes online would create such challenges. I'm really glad that RideHome understands the current landscape of e-bikes. RideHome has become my favorite bike shop!
