Mcdonald's - Worthing

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and some items were missing. I tried calling them multiple times but no one answered. This is not the first time this has happened, so I will not be ordering home delivery from this restaurant again.

I recently visited this establishment and was appalled by how dirty it was. There were no fizzy drinks available and the burger I ordered was disgusting. The staff seemed completely disinterested and I will never be returning. Outside, there were tramps laying on rubbish, overall giving a very downtrodden impression of Worthing.

This location is poorly managed. Despite the large number of staff, there were long queues and slow service. The food I received was cold after waiting for over 30 minutes. The kitchen seems cramped and could benefit from some organization and attention to detail. The dirty outside area is also unappealing. A reputable brand like this should maintain higher standards of service. The loud music made it difficult for customers to hear their order numbers being called. Following a recent incident, the management and the brand should do more to improve the atmosphere and reduce stress for both customers and staff.

This was a horrible trip and I lost a lot of time the staff ignore us and make people wait for ages receipts are never given and it's terrible

Placed an order using Just Eat, arrived two hours later, half of the order was missing and the other half was wrong. What’s the point of stating “No Cheese” if the mouth breathing cretins can’t read? If they’re getting simple things like an order wrong I’d hate to think how slack their food hygiene standards are. Worrying.
