Grill And Chill - Worthing

I ordered from the Just-Eat app at 6:40pm with an expected delivery time of 7:40pm. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive on time despite multiple attempts to reach the restaurant by phone. The man who finally answered was rude and informed me that my food was on its way. After waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, my order arrived late, soggy, and incorrect. I ended up paying £12 for food that was inedible. I had to throw it away and order from somewhere else. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

NOT EVEN A 1 STAR. Took hour and half to come, was freezing cold and soggy!!!!! Ring up and was told they were getting the delivery guy to turn round to bring money back. 2 hours later rang to chase up but rude man on phone said it will be tonight at some point..... Guess what..... No money brought back. Poor food and poor customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HAVE TOAST!!!!!!

I had been told that this place was pretty good, and fancying a change of take away to the usual pizza/curry/Chinese, I thought I 'd give it a go. What a tragic mistake. A quiet Tuesday night, and waited an hour and 15 minutes for reheated slop. I called the place to ask where my order was and there was no answer. Soggy reheated chips, burnt garlic bread, burnt onion rings, bland reheated rice, and tough reheated chicken. None of the food had flavour. They quote 'Our chicken is marinated for 24 hour peri-peri and grilled to order! ', I think they mean to say 'we microwave our chicken for this long so it tastes like dried, boiled garbage '. Very unimpressed and will never be ordering from this place again.

I've ordered from Grill Chill quite a few times, the food is delivered quickly and is delicious. Highly recommended.

My family of six ordered a whole chicken and chicken wings platters at this restaurant. There was plenty of chicken for all of us, and it was really delicious. It was a nice change from our usual takeout options.
