The Ketch - Worcester

Had drinks tonight and eat with my partner and our dog. it was a really pleasant evening. eating was brilliant; really good value for money! the personal was so beautiful and polite. we were served by victoria that was really helpful and eating was cooked by boris that made an amazing work. I would like to say again:

Me and my son had the yorkshire wraps which were a delight. we were so full after we could not eat any dessert which was a shame. Staff were very professional throughout our visit. I must say Lily our waitress was just wonderful, full of smiles on every visit to our table. Great food and Lovely staff. Keith

Really enjoyed our stop at Toby Carvery Worcester. All of the staff were really welcoming! We had Kaitlyn serve us, she was so friendly and very informative to the menu! The carvery was delicious! Great atmosphere

We had the most incredible meal, and using our meerkat meals discount it was even more amazing value. On top of that Customer Service we received from Victoria was five star! Really hope her manager appreciates having such a warm, friendly and professional person dealing with customers. We are very happy customers.

Went there today and was served by a girl called lily, the BEST service from a waitress I’ve had. Really polite and helpful, food was class but service knocked the socks of anywhere else. Also a girl called Carmen served me and gave me the same, pleasant experience so the carvery is lucky to have them both
