Smokin’grill Steakhouse

The ambience was beautiful, but the food was overpriced. It was okay, but not worth the price. The steak was not so delicious and the plate presentation was bad. However, the starters were very good, but for a place that mostly served Steak, I was disappointed with its quality.

We received free drink as we had to wait for 25 minutes on our ordered milkshake and over 1 hour and half for our meal. We asked the free drinks. The waitress was beautiful, she was the best part of the experience. Unfortunately we have 4 meals to check ALL TERRIBLE. Philly Cheese Steak can still be frozen with bread, taken back to be warmed and then returned cold with the steak. This meal was rejected. Grilled chicken burger came to the table as a fried chicken burger. Grilled Lachsburger looked like a processed salmon plate, white in color and rubbery texture. Cajun chicken breast, 2 processed chicken slices with the I’m karge effect lines over them. Dry, rubbery and not suitable for consumption. 3 meals came with fries that were so often refried that the fries had hollows! Only crispy potato sticks the last meal came with sweet potato friries covered in enough salt to raise you with high blood pressure, no salt had been requested. The complete meals were sent back and a quick trip to KFC, as everyone was hungry. Total disappointment, I don't think this restaurant has a cook, I think it is managed by business people that they can throw cheap processed food and make a profit. I would give this restaurant a big birth.

The service is amazing, steaks are good, calamari for starter -awfully rubbery. Overall- nice place

This was our third or fourth visit to the Smoking Grill but if it had been our first it would also have been our last. The waiting staff couldn’t answer the simplest question on any of the dishes it took three attempts to get my main course correct, my wife’s steak was terrible, she only ate about 50% of it. When it came to pudding after three tries to supply the correct dish to my wife she decided to cancel her dish. I waited for my banana split, too long, only to be delivered a sundae ‘with bits of banana in it I then cancelled my dish too and we paid and left. With all of these mistakes not once did a member of management speak to us. This was a shame as we had enjoyed our previous visits but we will not be returning any time soon.
