Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream Front Street

Don't waste your time. It took more than 20 minutes for them to make the 3 orders ahead of us, and only then did they let us know they were out of 2/3 of their menu. It then took 20 more minutes for them to make 2 bubble teas. The staff had little to no idea of what ingredients were actually in different mixes (very problematic if you have any food allergies). The bubble teas were watery and poorly mixed. Our friends attempted to get ice cream but eventually just gave up and left. There's only so long you can stand there while staff slowly walk around aimlessly.

No doubt an OSHA violation but super tasty ice cream! You get to watch them dump a whole bunch of liquid nitrogen into a bowl and mix your ice cream by hand, with zero PPE. I was horrified. Would definitely go again!

Açaí tasted gross and the bubble tea as well. Not ordering from here ever again.

First time in to Sub Zero today! Ava and Kaitlyn served us at the counter and were patient as we figured out their system of mixes/options/toppings. We really enjoy the ice cream and the experience overall. I worry about the efficiency of this cool idea if it was really crowded but tonight it didn’t matter because there wasn’t much of a line. I hope they do well, we will be back!

I originally wanted custard, but they were out of custard. I got a pistachio frozen yogurt, and it tasted like sweet NyQuil. $7.16 for a regular. Could've eaten an entire pint of Ben Jerry's and been happier for cheaper.
