Starbucks - Worcester

I loved the service they made my drink amazing, I love vanilla cold foam and they put a lot then expected and I adored that and wish that every other Starbucks that I go to does that when I order normally

The worse customer service team. They don’t have a clue how treat a customers, when I complained about my order they closed the window in my face and started laughing, terrible experience

Almost everything was sold out and then I waited 20 minutes for my two drinks. They prioritize the drive thru and don't care about those waiting right in front of them. On top of that one of my drinks was made incorrectly and the other was pretty gross as it had all these tiny seeds everywhere in each sip. Will never return to this location.
