Picaderas My Rancho - Worcester

I was in Worcester for thanksgiving break and someone told me to give this place a try before I left. Without a doubt it was one of the best decisions I’ve made, food was good, staff was friendly and overall fast. Will come again 10/10 must try again!

I called to put in an order for pickup, and was told to put in the order online. I put it in online, and arrived at the pickup time. The door was locked, even though the hours on the door and the lit up open sign implied it was open. I called again twice and no answer. I waited another 10 minutes to try to see if the door was still locked and i was still locked, an hour after the regular operating hours. Spent my 15 minute break trying to get food I ordered ahead, and I cant even get a hold of anyone to get a refund ?

It's pretty quiet and takes time but the food itself is good

10 out of 10 amazing food amazing customer service! The arepas are my favorite! Must try restaurant!!!!
