This place rules! We had the palace special grinder which was the best sub we’ve had in a while. Service was prompt and friendly, Will behind the counter was funny and considerate. Stumbled upon this place passing through to Maine and we’re very pleased to have found it. We’ll be back again

Great business, delicious food, fun staff. I came in to pick up my order, and the staff were a lot of fun to talk to. There was an issue with my order, and they fixed it, no questions asked. Excellent business skills, positive experience, and nice atmosphere.

They have an XL version of their pizzas that's great for families/get togethers. They also have a gluten free pizza which is the best we've tried. Super friendly, couple of tables but mainly to-go business.

Best pizza in town! I’ve tried many pizza joints around Worcester, including Antonio’s pizza, and Palace has them beat by a mile. Their cheesecake is bomb too!

Life improved for us when we discovered this gem just five minutes away. The staff is fantastic—funny and always answers the phone as if you were family. The crust is delicious, with a hint of sweetness, and the tomato sauce is smooth and flavorful. The balance and coverage of the toppings are truly outstanding. I make a lot of pizzas at home using high-quality ingredients and various cooking surfaces, yet I still find myself craving theirs. And those garlic knots? Absolutely incredible! They’re generously coated in rich, buttery, garlicky Parmesan, so good that both my wife and brother have declared them the best garlic knots they’ve ever had. I don’t typically write reviews, but I couldn’t let this one go unremarked. Please, don’t ever close down!
