Little Caesars Pizza - Worcester

They always seem hectic and overwhelmed, with nothing prepared. They even shut down online orders several hours before closing time, sometimes as much as 3 to 4 hours in advance.

The restaurant had a great atmosphere. I received my pizza quickly, and the staff were all friendly. The pizza itself was delicious and still hot by the time I got home.

It's alright you see how much it costs, and for that the quality is decent. My only gripe is ordering online, something is usually missing from my order, bread, the dessert, and typically the drink. It's happened more times than it hasn't. There is no easy way to get a refund for when they don't give you think items you paid for.

The delivery service is unreliable. They claimed it was through DoorDash, but it seems like a total lie. With all the money they make, you’d think they could at least manage to have a few delivery drivers organized.

Pizza is a good knister. but they should probably not clean so much while loading is open. Last time I came in, it smells like bad after cleaning chemicals.
