Dunkin' - Worcester

I can't believe I have to repeat my order twice and still receive it incorrectly! It's frustrating to have to explain the mistake to the staff when I arrive. I shouldn't have to act as if I'm hiring them to get my order right!

They recognize my voice when I order from the drive-thru, and thanks to my son, I often find myself laughing so hard that I can hardly speak. They join in on the laughter instead of being annoyed, which is exactly how it should be. I really look forward to my visits with them and my son; they kick-start my day in the best way. I truly hope they see this and understand how much we appreciate all they do. If you want to receive this kind of wonderful service, the best time to visit this Dunkin' is between 4:30 and 5:00 AM. These employees work very hard, so if they're having a tough day, please try not to take it personally. They put themselves at risk (not exaggerating) for us to enjoy our Dunkin' in the morning. Please be kind and patient with these Dunkin' workers.
