Red Lobster - Wooster

Sage was a fantastic server. The salmon and asparagus were both excellent at Red Lobster. I would definitely dine here again if in the area. The restaurant has easy parking and the staff are friendly.

The staff seemed unprofessional and resembled fans of Insane Clown Posse. Despite the lackluster service, the food was decent, although it seemed like it was mostly frozen entrees. One member of our party mentioned that they were struggling financially, which was not surprising given the poor management. Our waitress, however, was exceptional and deserved the generous tip we left her. The male manager seemed stressed and indifferent when we complimented our waitress as we were leaving. From arrival to paying and boxing up, we spent a total of 4 hours and 5 minutes at the restaurant, which was a disappointing experience overall.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, however, I was disappointed with the crab legs I ordered. They seemed to be either overcooked or from a very old crab as the meat was dry and lacked flavor. The shell was tough and difficult to crack open. Overall, I was not satisfied with my meal.

Curbside service is easy but we had to wait over 5 minutes for the biscuits to be ready. Fish and chips were not good too much breading and very over cooked. We have had this before without problems so may have been a new cook. When I tried to respond to a text about our experience it would not send it.

Waited forever for this? I mean come on if it's going to take this long to make Atleast have it cooked throughly, can't even eat this. Seems like they just threw a couple shrimp in hot water for 45 seconds, shrimp with a hint of cooking.
