Easily the best little fish market in Northern Rhode Island. Two things are always guaranteed here: Absolutely pristine seafood and owners who know exactly what they 're selling.R D just always has fresh products. Beautiful to look at and properly maintained. Unlike places that claim fresh fish just got it today! betrayed by dull, browning fillets which state got here today...got off the boat last week! but don 't deliver, R D has every right to claim super fresh marine life.They don 't have a huge variety at all times. I think that 's part of why their offerings stand out. After talking to the owners once, I learned they only get what fresh, seasonal and what they know they can sell. To that end, there is always plenty of peak quality salmon, cod, haddock and shellfish. And there is almost always a higher grade choice halibut, tuna, swordfish, sole or some slightly more exotic picks like monkfish. All in shimmering, translucent hues of white, red pinks.Prices are absolutely inline with the market. Far away worth the trip. Photos are stuff made with R D shellfish...

Really fresh fish. Ask them for suggestions on how to cook it. They will have some good ideas for you to try. Just tried Arctic Char and cooked it per their suggestion. It was delicious.

The gentleman who is always there when I visit is not only helpful but also very accommodating and incredibly kind. Additionally, everything I've ordered has been fresh and delicious.

The prices are excellent, and the seafood is fresh. However, considering the ample empty space inside, they could benefit from offering a wider selection.
