Hard bread, green tomatoes soggy cold bacon. Mozzarella sticks cold and greasy literally dripping. SLOW! Milkshake machine broken.

Terrible service. We had ordered thru the app and we're the only ones in the lobby. We were ignored the first 10 minutes. Then they didn't have 2 of our items and offered us a cookie but no refund on our unavailable items. Those items cost way more than a cookie. If there was an adult working there we never saw them. Only kids and 1 boy was on his phone the whole time and another was wearing sliders. Not appropriate footwear for a restaurant kitchen. Will never go back to this location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fast and delicious!
