Papa Luigi's - Woodstown

I ordered for pickup online: a medium cheese pizza and a personal white pizza with broccoli. After carrying them to my car and bringing them inside, I noticed that the cheese on the cheese pizza had slid over to one side of the box, and the white pizza had only stems instead of real broccoli. Not cool at all! I’m really disappointed.

We regularly order from this restaurant, but this time our experience was disappointing. I ordered a papa burger, and my wife ordered a pizza turnover. When the food arrived, the pizza turnover was as flat as a pancake, and my burger was completely different from what I ordered. I called to have the issue resolved, and they sent a new pizza turnover, but my papa burger was still missing. My wife called back to inquire about the burger, and the woman she spoke to seemed confused. An hour later, we still hadn't received the burger.

The food was a major letdown. I ordered a Caprese Salad, but what I received was sliced deli mozzarella, peppers, and tomatoes served on a bed of iceberg lettuce. When I brought this up to the waitress, she didn't seem to care at all. Even after the complaint, it was still on the bill when I paid. This will definitely be our first and last visit. It's no surprise the place was empty. Other dishes at the table had very small portions and lacked any seasoning.

Not the best pizza I even had, but certainly the best in Woodstown. They deliver are friendly and consistent. Not much more you need from a local pizza...
