Tim Hortons - Woodstock

I don 't go every day, but at least a couple of times a week, usually in the morning (somewhere between 8 and maybe 12? and drive through only. So I can only base my experience on that. That being said:I 've not had to deal with a wait, at least not one that would be more than expected. Speaking of that short wait, I have had time to notice that it has one of the cleanest parking lots and drive throughs.Now, I have to mention placing my order. Whoever it is that is most often on the other end of that speaker is wonderful! I 'm always smiling and feeling an extra dose of happiness lol. Actually, even the others have been quite chirpy and friendly.Now. The main attraction. No. Not the incredible steeped tea, double double, that I order. Nor is it the food, which I hear (from my passenger who orders food I have celiac disease, and can 't eat there, so I get her to tell me about it lol is always made right (bagels, sandwiches, and the like , and packaged clean (apparently other places you get things like; butter smeared on the wrapping, cheese halfway in the bagel, etc .No. It 's the window lady. She 's INCREDIBLE. 1000% goes above and beyond good customer service. She makes you feel like you are old friends and visiting for coffee. She just happens to be handing it to you through a window. I couldn 't say enough about her service if I tried. It would always fall short of what I 'm attempting to convey. I strongly suggest that you don 't let her go ?.

Coffe inside is better than the drive through for some reason??? (Drive through may not stir the coffee)

I’d give a zero or negative numbers if I could. I visited on Nov 16 at just after 8a to get two dozen smile cookies to support the Smile Cookie fundraising charity. The lady said they only had 20 left so I said if take those. Now, smile cookies are $1.50 each now while regular cookies are $1.00. The lady rang in the purchase as 27 regular cookies and 2 smile cookies. I thought that was really strange…they money works out the same, I was in a hurry and it was so busy I didn’t want to hold up the line so I left.I realized later that it was a scam! That location essentially committed fraud. It was rang up as 27 reg cookies plus 2 smile cookies because corporate calculates donations from the store based on specific register item sales. I only realized after because I work in retail and had a friend who works at another Timmy’s location confirm. So basically this location will only have donate $3 (2 cookies) to charity and sold 18 cookies at 50% higher cost! So sketchy and slimey!I made a complaint throught their online system to let them know and they said a manager from the store would call. They tried once and I returned the call. It’s been crickets since. I will never support this location again. Who knows how much this happens and at how many locations? A disgusting abuse of consumer trust.
