Swiss Chalet Chicken & Ribs - Woodstock

I have pre-ordered and paid for my meal. I used the check-in service to advise the restaurant I arrived. I was told I had to wait 10 minutes for my order. Thirty-three minutes went by with people going through and through...the line without update or explanation. I went in and asked for help. the personal told me they were trying. around 5:55 a staff came out to check with the people who wait in the curb-side stains (my meal was ready for picking up at 4:57) to take their names, find out when they ordered, etc. I waited another 25 minutes before the meal was brought out with missing items (no explanation or voucher or refund). I had to drive to the house for 10 minutes and when I arrived. the meals are now served in a paper box so I could not heat them again. go to the next Swiss chalet or even better, go somewhere else!

I enjoy ripping! I had very good ribs in swiss chalet at other locations and at many other places in the usa and canad. yesterday came in woodstock a bait, the pommes were only warm enough. I informed the waitress that the ribs were not hot. while I waited for another lazy nap, I ate the lukewarm pommes. the riders in swiss chalet are down in the last few years. They used to be my favorite. the second ribbed plate came, they were hot. also another portion of frits. same taste and bad quality pommes, but they were hot. the ribs quickly cool down. waitress was in order! my wife enjoyed her meal chicken potcake with salat as the side. I know we're under the problems with covidence restrictions. the restaurant was large with only about eight other restaurants. service was no problem. only the ribs!

I ordered the new chicken and garnelen meal to try not to waste her money. I got garnel without tomato or green tweepers. looks nothing like the picture. huge disappointment and will not order again. must be on dead and green. be truncated be ridiculous, very dissaponed. they can not count, either cause only 7 not 8 garnel. guesses the lemon counted as one

The new renovations make swiss chalet so cozy and comfortable. no televisions are excellent. can actually sit with friends and visit without additional noises and distractions. eating really tasted good. the waitress bella was so friendly, funny and very attentive. it was so beautiful. no hurry to throw us out. lots of space for many people, very well spaced. well done!

Food was awesome.. online ordering was a nightmare. Not totally blaming staff with the over whelming of orders. But if they can develop a fancy app and web page, they can also develop a messaging or some sort of display that tells you when your...order is ready. Not tell you to show up at such and such time and have you wait well over an hour with this Covid thing going on. Standing around with the other 35 people waiting, and when I had already ordered and paid through there online ordering. On-top of all the skip the dishes orders.
