The Daily Catch Woodstock

Had a nice quiet dinner with great service ! Food was average . We started with steamed mussels and it was very good! For my entree i ordered the squid ink pasta with anchovies garlic and calamari. The dish felt dry and overwhelmed with too much fried garlic and I'm a garlic lover. My husband ordered the pasta with squid and tomato sauce and his was better. Cute romantic little restaurant with a European Italian charm ! Overall a nice place to do a romantic dinner !

Service did the best they could with limited staff and crowd Food was good, but a little slow

Crab cakes and salads were good. Pasta was overcooked, mushy. Main course (salmon with sun-dried tomatoes) lacked something to bring tastes together. Tried to fix it with the shaker of parmesan cheese, but it had gone moldy in the most dreadful way, and wrecked the dinner, made it completely inedible and the whole thing had to be tossed out. So bad and disgusting that I lost my appetite. The place is cute and has potential, but ugh, ugh, a horrid outcome on this particular night. The proprietor was kind enough to not charge for the dish, and provided a complimentary dessert. But...Still...not coming back.

Made reservations here for my mothers birthday this evening. Waited about 15 minutes before anyone would even look at us to be seated. Sat at our table for about another 35 minutes. No one even looked our way. Not even got a glass of water. Ended up having to leave. Absolutely would not recommend. As a guy from Boston, I will not be recommending the other locations either.

Oh, my God, what an amazing place! The food was fabulous and the ambience was amazing. MiMi, the owner, is a character and brings her energy and a friendly heart to every table. I would highly recommend this restaurant - the combination of food, energy and love are abundant in this small restaurant!
