Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Woodstock

I stopped here yesterday and ordered the garlic parm wings and a strawberry lemonade. The wings were extremely spicy and the drink was wayyy too sweet. I pulled back around to the drive thru for something else and the guy at the window gave me a two piece instead. The biscuit was cold and the chicken tasted old! Their customer service is very blunt and rude. Today I woke with food poisoning! Do not eat here! I now have a stomach virus and body aches! I will never eat here again.

This location is extremely slow in handling orders, they never seem to have food ready or in stock, and the orders are often wrong. I ordered a large mashed potato no gravy and received three individual bowls of mashed potatoes WITH gravy. That was the ENTIRE order, plain mashed potatoes. The guy that took my order clearly didn’t want to be there and it showed. Not to mention, they never answer the phone.There was lady working in her bonnet at this location at one point.Vegetarian options: I ordered a large mashed potato no gravy and received three individual bowls of mashed potatoes WITH gravy. The fried chicken was great but the rest of the food was mediocre, including the signature biscuit.They have several problems in their meal delivery. They were out of cole slaw and unsweetened tea. These fountain drinks were not available: Coke, Dr Pepper, and lemonade. I didn't try the others. I had sweet iced tea, but it is housed behind the counter and the employee didn't tell me until I made a second trip to the counter. Also their meal comes with a small drink. No one else does that. And, lastly, the men's bathroom was dirty.

If I could give them negative star's I would. I have never been treated so rude. The manager was the rudest I have ever encountered. I placed a mobile order and after 35 mins waiting I left with nothing. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

The drink dispenser didn’t have coke or sprite. It’s a coke machine the two most popular drinks ordered. Food was warm.
