Papa John's Pizza - Woodstock

I want to share my experience at this Papa John's compared to others I've been to in Atlanta. The pizzas here are noticeably better, and the customer service is excellent. Although the website doesn’t allow for ordering two different 2-liter bottles, I ordered two Diet Pepsis and then called the store to request that one of them be a Mountain Dew. The delivery person initially brought me two Diet Pepsis as per my original order, but when I explained the situation, he quickly returned to the store and brought me a Mountain Dew without any hassle. I really appreciated his willingness to help. Also, the stuffed crust BBQ Hawaiian pizza was fantastic!

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this great place. I am glad to say that we passed a marvelous evening and the venue was absolutely one of the reasons for this successful evening. The stuff helped in a graceful way, the food was extremely good and my guests were very delighted. We shall no dout come back again for more events. thanks very much.

We love the consistently high quality of the food and service. The dishes always have great flavor, are served at the perfect temperature, and the delivery is quick and friendly, which we really appreciate. Plus, there’s a wonderful selection of specials to choose from, and ordering through the app is incredibly easy. I highly recommend it!

I informed the delivery driver about the mistake, and he said he would relay the message. I also called Papa John's to request a replacement. A representative named Zack answered and claimed that I had incorrectly ordered online. I explained that I had placed the order over the phone and wanted a replacement. He told me he couldn't help with that, so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager, Steve, seemed to have received proper customer service training. He offered to send a replacement pizza or to credit my order for another time. I opted for the replacement, naively thinking they would get it right this time. Now, over an hour has passed, and my pizza still hasn't arrived. And just to add to my frustration, they charge a $3.45 delivery fee that doesn’t even go to the driver. Would I recommend ordering from Papa John's? Definitely not.
