Bub-ba-q - Woodstock

I got the ribs and brisket plate and the brisket was ice cold and more the texture and taste of a chuck roast rather than brisket. It was stringy (shredded) but it was OK. The ribs were good, not meaty but the taste was decent. The collard greens had absolutely no flavor at all, extremely bland and had to soak in salt and hot pepper sauce. The baked beans were good but had a thick consistency that kind of threw me off.

The waiter made me feel like family. Hope to make it back there. Hope he remember me I'm the Chicago Bears guy from Columbia Sc Parking: I'm a truck driver. Bobtailing is perfect. Room for truck and trailer at the right time

Barbeque is very subjective, imo. This one isn't my fav, but there aren't many in Woodstock. I think City Barbeque on Hwy 92, east of I-575 is better. There's also Queenie's Barbeque inside Reformation Brewery downtown, but we haven't tried that one yet. I don't feel compelled to go back to this one.

Best BBQ around, our server was super sweet and the food was quick.

Wasn’t bad will try again. Ribs could be more tender and toast both sides if the bread it’s not toast If one side is toasted. Don’t rush the orders. That’s for the cook
