Sik Gaek - Woodside

My boyfriend and I have been here a couple times for eat-in dining and the food and service have always been amazing.

This Korean joint was recommended by a colleague that is familiar with the area.

The food was delicious! I just wish they offered the option to have the So-Tteok without mustard. I'm not a fan of it! I highly recommend trying the Ddubokki!

The portion size of the soups at this restaurant is generous! I tried the kimchi jigae and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The so-tteok so-tteok was decent; the rice cake was a bit hard but the flavors were still enjoyable.

The soup was lacking in ingredients, with only a cup of noodles and scallions on the side. There was no meat in the soup and it tasted bland like water. The portion of chicken for $30 was smaller than expected.
