Food is great! I always get the same salad. Cory is awesome!! He always takes time to ask how I'm doing. He always remembers my name and the salad I order. If he ever leaves lm gone. He's why I go there! I hope management realizes how special he is if you don't come talk to me

I should have read the reviews before ordering here… First and last time customer! Ordered online for in store pickup,, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was not… waited 1 hour. For 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. People that were walking in to order were all getting their food made before online orders. We like the food, although I have 3 complaints related to take out orders. I wrote this review as I wait an extra half an hour beyond when they said my order would be ready. 1-the way the food is packaged. It will fill up an entire kitchen sized trash bag if you order a meal for 5 people. So much excess and needless plastic 2-I would say they forget kids drinks 70% of the time 3- long wait times. Always delicious! Friendly staff and great food. Sitting areas are well maintained. Long wait times though any time we have gone. Worth the wait!

I love this Cafe Zupas very much. All the ingredients are very fresh and the employees are very friendly. They are very fast and efficient. I love how perfect the portionings are because I get the right amount of food for a really good price. I love Zupas!
