Absolutely awful, never use Bowlero for anything. I had a customer event that there corporate completely screwed up and booked for the wrong date, I had customers standing around as no one knew what was going on. I have been going back and forth with there corporate office for weeks as I was charged the full amount but (2.5hours) despite starting 45 mins late because they screwed up the date. It takes a week to even get a response from customer service rep Cassidy Clark.... the one who completely screwed everything up... worse company I have ever dealt with. Keep my $1000 for the worse event I have ever put on. Be worn do not waste your money. They refuse to send me the customer survey that you are asked to take when you sign up for an event. 1. Woodridge Bowlero had no idea of my event, we were supposed to start at 2:30 I was there at 2:15 as I paid for a 2.5 hour event, at 2:50 we were still not shown to our lanes, additionally we were cut off at 5pm so I paid for 2.5 hours and only got 2. 2. Darrell- though tried his best was scrambling to fix things, he offered the first drinks on Bowlero? Well after that my customers went up to get another drink and were told they needed to open a bar tab that only the first drinks were on Bowlero…… What happned to the premier drink package I paid for? My customers were turned away and stopped ordering drinks all together…… 3. The front check in counter guy was incredibly rude and unhelpful, even insulting and laughing at me on how I pronounced Bowlero……. to your response yea have been for 3 weeks.... hence the review on google

Wonderful, clean location. Took my daughter for her first time bowling and they made her day very memorable. Food was hot, quick and delicious. Will definitely come again.

Hosted my birthday party over the weekend. The manager, Darrell, was nice enough to confirm ahead of time how we wanted the space decorated. Arrived to find my daughter’s name spelled out in light up letters! The staff was so courteous. The kids had a blast bowling followed by the arcade games. The bowling alley was clean and didn’t smell like other bowling alleys we have gone to. I can’t recommend Bowlero enough from the facilities to the staff!

Came here with family on Saturday with our puppy to play bowling. Service was great. Food was very tasty. Will def come back. Darrell made sure to check up on us throughout our bowl. Will definitely be back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this spot! Darrell was especially helpful. Loved the spot and I can tell u first hand all the staff was very kind. Also loved the food!!
