Paladar Latin Kitchen - Woodmere

Paladar kitchen is located in a large, raised strip shopping place in the outer ring suburb of cleveland. the restaurant offers vegan options that reflect lighter style, among them: bohnensuppe, soft tacos and sides like fritted curtains and roasted brusselsprossen along with guacamole. service is excellent, and employees check content if they are not safe.

The restaurant advertises itself as a recording for even most special diets, and for our partvegan family they came through. vegetarian elements are clearly marked on the menu and the host was very familiar with how to make sure these elements can be made vegan. we had the guacamole and chips, gazpacho, hearts of palm spinat salat, grilled zucchini tacos, and cultivated vegetable pot that were all excellent. there are only two main courses that are veg (the tacos and one stuff). the one-pot is full of large vegetables and is in a rich coconut curry sauce (see accompanying photo). the tacos were filling and super tasty and fresh (my preferred between the two entrees). the gazpacho is one of the best I ever had. By the way, our server said that the pesto sauce for the tacos was vegan and that she was herself vegan, so could swear that! the ambiente is very nice and the service was very friendly. we will definitely come back!

Very satisfied with my experience in paladar. big eating stole the show on this, and an entertaining atmosphere outside of cleveland. had a wonderful lunch special of zucchini tacos, with a side of fried sweet plantains, and a side order of yuka fries. to far the Yuka-Fries have stolen the show. slightly salted and creamy on the inside crispy on the outside, these puppies are usually served with a side sauce, but it is not vegan. just like the plantains, which is as you would expect: sweet, juicy and tender fried to golden brown. the tacos (2 in order) were perfect for lunch and very fillable. with a mixture of mais, zucchini, black beans and cauliflowers they are very light. a squeeze lime juice and they meet the place. I'm sure they could have avocado slices or some jalepeños or even some chopped plantain inside, but they wouldn't be as light and tasty as they are as it is. in portions were great, the price was average. only the complaining was waiting time. Normally, a 30-45-minute turnover would be estimated during the midday hours and perhaps even a little pressure. here we live in the southern time, where it takes a little over an hour. good for a relaxed lunch with a friend, but not for one with a worker or customer on a schedule. I'm sure if they are asked that they could speed up the dinge, but server were very relaxed and not in a hurry. just something you have to keep in the eye, but neither on the head nor on the head. the best for the company!
