Her bakery truck is always clean and fully equipped to serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks. You can also find her baked goods in the freezer section of Mountain Naturals, where she sets up shop. A big shoutout to Mountain Naturals for their support, and I highly encourage everyone to visit this fantastic local store for a wide range of wholesome products. If you remember shopping at natural grocery stores in the 70s and 80s, before the rise of chains like Whole Foods, you’ll absolutely love Mountain Naturals! We truly need more wonderful local businesses like Katie’s in our communities, and they deserve all our support.

Katie was an absolute blessing for my family! She brought her “special recipe” to accommodate all of my daughter's dietary restrictions and made her birthday cupcakes. They were delicious! This brewery offers delicious cold brews that strike a perfect balance—strong yet not bitter. I would absolutely die for their sweet potato cinnamon roll! The owner is a local woman and a veteran, so it's great to support a business with such values. Plus, you can customize the sweetness of your drinks if you wish!

I was BLOWN. AWAY. by the flavor of the lemon and lavender muffins. I always aim for organic, gluten free options, which means I’m usually settling for bland. Katie takes such care in her recipes and has truly perfected her craft. I will stop by every time I’m in Woodland Park!!
