Ezell's Famous Chicken - Woodinville

I inquired about the Buffalo tenders and the staff member gave me some of the sauce to take home. I believe he mentioned that they pour it over the tenders, but I decided to dip the tenders in the Buffalo sauce first and then in their homemade blue cheese dressing because I thought it would help the chicken stay crispy. Oh my goodness, it was incredibly delicious!

I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready, only to find out that they hadn't even started preparing it yet. I had ordered half spicy and half regular tenders, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any spicy tenders. The batter on the tenders was crunchy but lacked flavor, and the chicken was extremely dry, almost like jerky. Perhaps their bone-in chicken is better, but I was really disappointed with the tenders. I don't think it's worth spending your money here.

This restaurant receives 2 stars for its friendly staff, the decent peach cobbler, and the soft rolls. However, the chicken was bland and dry, the mashed potatoes had a powdery taste, the baked beans were burnt, and the sweet potato pie had a strong nutmeg flavor.

Took over an hour to get my online order that was estimated at 30mins; seems there was confusion on my name with the other online orders they had since it had been ready when I arrived. The food was okay, had to reheat everything, and it dried outthe chicken and the fries were already cold and soggy. With all the online orders they need to improve their pickup process?watched many walk-ins get their family meals while I waited for 30mins after the pick up time. Recommend walking in to order;online takes longer and worse quality when the food sits around.

The food at this restaurant is amazing and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it. Today, I went in the afternoon.
